The location was superb, it's convenient as it's situated next to all downtown attractions, restaurants, shops, and the museum of natural science. The team was very polite and made me feel welcome. The room was neat, with clean linens and complimentary coffee supplies.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was great. It was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy my time in the city. One more advantage that I appreciated was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was well-maintained and provided a comfortable experience.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the room was a bit louder than necessary, which made it difficult to relax at times.

Good spot just next door to the museum of natural science, a nice area very close to downtown and Raleigh Convention Center. Walking distance to Marbles Kids Museum. Oh, how I enjoyed the additional charges for not notifying the front desk in advance. So thoughtful.
